My Story

Silo Sound Wave Radio: Where Music Meets Meaning.

Silo Sound Wave Radio is an online radio station broadcasting out of Brooklyn, New York. The idea was conceived after a successful airing on the Twitch platform, where DJ Silo received overwhelming response from listeners. Silo Sound Wave Radio aims to be at the forefront of the rapidly growing phenomenon of online radio broadcasting.

DJ Silo was born in Bartica , Guyana and moved to Georgetown at the age of six; his passion

for music started after listening to his father singing his favorite songs. He started to build his musical
library at an early age compiling music on 8 track and cassette tapes. Dj Silo migrated to the USA in 1986 and still found time for his passion and continued to compile music on CDs but this time despite working lengthy hours. After being at home during the Pandemic he started streaming on the Twitch platform even though he did not have any DJ background, but he rose to the occasion and attracted over a Thousand followers.
