Founded by DJ Silo originally from Bartica, Guyana, later moving to Georgetown before migrating to the United States in 1986 the station reflects a lifelong passion for music that began with 8-track and cassette collections and evolved into modern digital streaming. Broadcasting a rich mix of Gospel, R&B Classics, Reggae, Disco, and Oldies, Silo Sound Wave Radio offers carefully curated programming designed to inspire listeners and build a strong sense of community, blending cultural roots with today’s online radio experience.
